The staff were kind and welcoming. This hotel was located in a very central area near central Florence, all the important places, and Florence Heart B&B. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

Convenient location! We stayed in the king room which was really comfy. It only took us 10-15 minutes to walk to Via de' Tornabuoni. Plenty of bars and restaurants were within walking distance from here, making it super easy to explore 🌟

The location was magnificent and amazing - just 5 minutes' walk from a medieval stone bridge. My room included central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television. The stuff was helpful in all services👍

Everything was perfect and met our needs, we had a fine stay here, and it was walking distance from the train station. Rewritten: Our stay was flawless, meeting all our needs perfectly, allowing us to enjoy walking around and it was conveniently close to the train station.

This place has a perfect and lovely location with easy access to shops and a market, and there's a great spot nearby, Gelateria Santa Trinita, for tea or coffee.

Convenient location close to the train station and a nice market nearby. The room had a cute balcony which added to its charm. Also, having an Irish bar on site was a nice bonus! 🍺

I got excellent value for my money at Heart B&B. The room, especially the attic room, was small but lovely and tastefully decorated. The location was ideal for exploring and very close to the train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
